Leading our Sales Team is David Richards. A Principal/Director and spear head of the team, David Richards sets high standards, leads from the front and drives his Sales Team to be successful. His personal experience of 17 years in the St Clair, Erskine Park and Colyton local market, provides great stability for the team and his involvement in all sales ensures that our team can be confident when negotiating with buyers - and you can be confident that your home is in great hands.
Our team has the highest quality with David Richards, Joe Arena, Daniel Palermo, Tamara Moreno, Jared Lee and Deby Richards making the sales team strong. David is highly skilled in negotiation and Marketing. Joe is an Auctioneer and highly skilled in all facets or our business, Daniel is a licensed Agent with great all round skills and Tamara has client care and feeback of the highest standard. Debbie Lee and Emma look after our Marketing/Administration and reception and are well respected locals. Deby Richards puts the personal touch into our business with her marketing and accounts and also backs up in sales when required.
Leading our Property Management Department are Joe Arena and Rebecca Arena. This husband and wife team is exceptional, with skills and knowledge that combine to be the best in the area.
