My family and I would like to thank all of you for selling our house at 21 Aldan Pl St Clair in just 4 days; WOW is all I can say.

I feel I should be thanking you and at the same time as apologising to you for not originally listing my property through Australian. On our initial get together you were the agent who told me what I needed to do to my house to improve 2 minor things (ie: shower grout and laundry door repaint) and although we did not list with you we did take on your advise and got to work that weekend to fix the above. (A RED light should have gone off when the other agent didn't tell us anything needed repairing), but sometimes lessons are learnt the hard way.

After having no success with our first agent I phoned you with my head held low and you were nothing but professional and willing to help do what the other agent couldn't and that is sell my house. I have to say when you came back to my house to re-list and you still had your ideas on what now needed to be done I was impressed that you were let's get the job done, there was no bad talk of the prior agent. For this you have my respect and you had my belief that you were the right agent for us.

4 days later, second private inspection and a phone call with an offer within our price range what more could I ask for.

Well once again you shocked me because what I got was quick efficient feedback, notification of each step and required documentation even before my solicitor phoned me.

So thank you Australian Real Estate for being the shining STAR in the sale of our house.
